Please read carefully: before submitting a booking request. By using our platform and submitting a request, you enter into a binding agreement with BruFly (Pty) Ltd and accept these terms in full.
BruFly is an exclusive flight booking concierge service available only to South African residents. We operate as an intermediary submitting booking requests on your behalf; we are not an airline and do not operate aircraft.
Submitting your details and clicking checkout constitutes a booking request, not a confirmed flight. Our booking team reviews and processes requests manually. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. We only accept booking requests for flights departing at least 24 hours in the future. Last-minute requests will not be processed.
Upon checkout, a nominal tokenization charge (e.g., R1) and a temporary pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card. This is used to securely vault your billing details. All payments are processed securely within our site using an authorized, encrypted third-party payment processor. We do not store your raw credit card data on our servers. By tokenizing your card, you authorize BruFly to automatically bill you for accepted flight bookings and any applicable recurring subscription fees.
BruPass grants members access to heavily discounted flight rates. All BruPass subscriptions are 12-month memberships billed monthly. Your membership term runs for 12 months from your subscription start date (or from the date your free trial converts to a paid plan).
Cancellation during a free trial: You may cancel at no cost at any time during your 7-day free trial via your account dashboard. Trial cancellations take effect immediately.
Cancellation during a paid term: Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancelling before the end of your 12-month membership term incurs an early-cancellation fee equal to 2x your monthly subscription rate, charged to the card on file. Paid-term cancellations are processed with our support team via WhatsApp.
Payment card on file: A valid payment card must remain on file for the duration of your membership. You may update your card details at any time from your account dashboard; cards cannot be removed while a membership or pending booking is active.
Eligible new users may be offered a 7-day free trial upon checkout. Trials are strictly limited to one per person.
Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy: BruFly utilizes advanced, proprietary data-fingerprinting and security measures to detect trial abuse. We do not disclose the nature of these tracking methodologies. If our system detects that you have previously utilized a trial, you will automatically bypass the trial phase and your vaulted card will be billed for the standard subscription rate. Any attempt to bypass our security, utilize synthetic details, or exploit the trial system will result in an immediate, permanent ban. Furthermore, BruFly reserves the right to retroactively charge your vaulted card for the standard market rate of any flights obtained fraudulently under abused trial accounts.
Prices displayed are exclusive "BruPass prices" per person. Comparative "normal" prices and estimated savings are based on general market data and are subject to constant fluctuation. Prices are only guaranteed once your booking request is officially accepted and ticketed by our team. BruFly is not liable for price discrepancies or fluctuations that occur between the time of your request and our team's processing window.
An account is automatically generated for you upon your first payment tokenization. Account access is secured via a One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your email; passwords are not used.
Strict Rule: Once registered, your account email address and the main traveler beneficiary cannot be changed under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for ensuring all passenger details exactly match their legal identification.

Once a flight is confirmed and ticketed, all subsequent changes, cancellations, or baggage inquiries must be directed to the respective airline and are subject strictly to the airline's fare rules and penalties. Flight prices include hand luggage only, unless checked baggage is explicitly selected and paid for during checkout. BruFly accepts no liability for airline delays, cancellations, refused boarding due to incorrectly inputted passenger details, or loss of baggage.
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
